As previously reported in the summer 2010 edition of WEISZEIT, WEIS INDUSTRIES SERVICES® GmbH expanded its portfolio by becoming the exclusive service provider for BETH filtration products in Southern Germany.

Only one year later, the service specialists from Esslingen can boast a steadily growing number of satisfied customers. Dieter Meyer, project manager for air conditioning, filtration and dust removal technology, had been coached by the colleagues of BETH Filtration GmbH in Lübeck last year. He passed on his newly acquired knowledge to two other WIS employees who are also certified electricians. Dieter Meyer briefed them directly at the original industrial plants. Now, the company provides service and maintenance work for all types of BETH® Electrostatic Precipitators (Standard, Small and Mini ESPs) and all BETH Bag Filters.

Electrostatic precipitators should be serviced once a year to maintain the performance of the industrial plants. Among other things, the filter plates must be cleaned. It is recommended that this service is done in the summer months, when there is less of a workload than in the heating-intensive cold season.

But the WIS experts provide service and maintenance not only for BETH products, but also for the filter products of other manufacturers.
